When is the exterior painting season?
We paint exterior wood through the end of October. After that, our schedule opens for spring, so now is a great time to get your free estimate and save your spot.
Do you replace rotted wood?
Yes.* We replace rotted trim with Azek/PVC board before we paint, so the new finish goes on a solid surface.* Replacement is included when it is specified in the contract and the contract is signed and/or paid.
Does my house need to be washed first?
Yes, and washing is part of our prep. It keeps dirt, salt and mildew from getting trapped under the new paint.
How long will the paint last?
That depends on sun, wind and how close your home is to the water. Careful prep and premium coastal grade paint give your finish the best chance to stay strong season after season.
